The products purchased on the Website are sold and shipped by Kobe Sportswear Inc. (hereinafter “Kobe Sportswear,” the “Vendor,” “We,” or “Us”), from Canada.
1. Order processing
Orders are processed within one (1) to two (2) business days (Monday–Friday, excluding statutory holidays in Ontario). Processing times are in addition to carrier transit times. During periods of high demand, weather events, or promotional activity, processing may take longer; if so, We will notify you where feasible.
2. Shipping methods & delivery times
We offer Standard Shipping. Once dispatched, typical transit times are as follows:
- Canada: three (3) to seven (7) business days
- United States: Shipments depart our warehouse on Tuesdays and Thursdays only; transit times vary by destination and begin once dispatched.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Transit times may be longer for remote locations or due to carrier backlogs, customs/security checks (if applicable), severe weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control. We reserve the right to select the carrier and routing at our discretion.
3. Shipping fees
Shipping fees (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination, order weight/volume, and any promotions in effect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
4. Tracking & notifications
When your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing a tracking number to check status. Please allow up to forty-eight (48) hours for tracking information to become available after the carrier receives the parcel.
5. Delivery, address accuracy & non-delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses, refusal of delivery, or absence at the time of delivery. If a parcel is returned to Us as undeliverable, We will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your expense or a refund of the product price (less original shipping charges).
6. Risk of loss & inspection
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact Us promptly if any item is missing, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate and address the issue.
7. Shipping restrictions
Certain addresses (including some P.O. boxes, military addresses, and remote locations) may be ineligible for delivery or may require extended transit times or additional charges. Hazardous, oversized, or restricted items may be subject to carrier limitations or special handling.
8. Changes, holds & cancellations
Once an order enters processing, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact Us immediately if you need assistance; while We cannot guarantee modifications, We will make reasonable efforts to help prior to dispatch.
9. General
We may amend or update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, carriers, service levels, or our operations. The version posted on the Website at the time of your order will apply to that order.
