1. Eligibility

 

The "Free Jersey Challenge" (the "Contest") is open to all legal residents of Canada and the United States.

  • Age Limit: There is no age restriction for this Contest. However, if a winner is under the age of majority in their jurisdiction, the prize must be claimed by a parent or legal guardian.

 

2. Contest Period

 

Entries will be accepted starting on the date of the official Contest Post and ending on November 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST (the "Entry Period").

 

3. How to Enter

 

This Contest is held separately on two platforms: Instagram and TikTok. You must choose which platform to enter your specific design into.

IMPORTANT: Cross-Platform Restriction (One Design, One Platform) You may not submit the same design to both Instagram and TikTok. You must choose one platform for a specific design.

  • Example: If you submit "Design A" to Instagram, you cannot submit "Design A" to TikTok. However, you may create a completely new "Design B" and submit that to TikTok.

Step 1 – Create Your Jersey Design Your design can be created in one of the following ways:

    1. Using the Kobe Sportswear Jersey Customizer at: https://store.kobesportswear.com/pages/jersey-customizer

    2. OR by downloading/saving the blank jersey image below and drawing your design on top (digitally or by hand).

Step 2 – Submit Your Entry Choose your platform below. Your entry must show your design clearly and include the official hashtag: #kobesportswearfreejerseychallenge.

OPTION 1: INSTAGRAM ENTRY (Note: Since Instagram comments do not support images, you must post to your own feed.)

  • How to Enter: Post the design on your own public Instagram feed.

  • Requirements: In the caption of your post, you must:

    1. Include the hashtag #kobesportswearfreejerseychallenge

    2. TAG @retail.kobesportswear so we can see your entry.

  • Scoring: Your score is determined by the total number of likes on your post.

OPTION 2: TIKTOK ENTRY You can use either method or both to accumulate likes within TikTok.

  • Method A – Comment Entry: Under the official TikTok Contest Post, post a video reply or photo comment showing your design + the hashtag #kobesportswearfreejerseychallenge.

  • Method B – Personal Post Entry: Post a video or photo carousel of your design on your own public TikTok profile. In the caption, include the hashtag #kobesportswearfreejerseychallenge and TAG @retail.kobesportswear.

  • TikTok Stacking Rule: If you use both Method A and B on TikTok for the same design, we will combine the likes from both to calculate your Total Score.

 

4. Winner Selection

 

Because Instagram and TikTok are separate competition tracks, there will be winners selected for each platform independently.

Track 1: Instagram Winners

  • 1st Place: The design post on Instagram with the highest number of likes.

  • 2nd Place: The design post on Instagram with the second-highest number of likes.

  • Lucky Draw: One (1) winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries on Instagram, regardless of the number of likes. Everyone has a chance!

Track 2: TikTok Winners

  • 1st Place: The design on TikTok with the highest Total Score (aggregate likes from Method A + B).

  • 2nd Place: The design on TikTok with the second-highest Total Score.

  • Lucky Draw: One (1) winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries on TikTok, regardless of the number of likes. Everyone has a chance!

Verification & Fair Play: Kobe Sportswear reserves the right to review and verify the "Likes" of top contenders. To keep the Contest fair, all likes should come from genuine engagement. The use of automated tools, paid-like services, or artificial methods is strictly prohibited. Suspicious activity may result in disqualification.

 

5. Prizes & Redemption Terms

 

The following prizes are awarded per platform (i.e., one set of prizes for Instagram, one set for TikTok).

Grand Prize (1 Winner per Platform):

  • Prize: One (1) Custom Hockey Jersey based on the winner's design.

  • Design Adaptation: Kobe Sportswear reserves the right to modify or simplify design elements to ensure effective production while maintaining the original artistic vision.

  • Inclusions: Prize covers production and standard shipping to Canadian and US addresses only.

Second Prize (1 Winner per Platform):

  • Prize: One (1) 40% OFF Coupon.

  • Details: Valid for a single transaction up to a maximum cart value of $300.

  • Validity: No expiration date.

Lucky Draw Prize (1 Winner per Platform):

  • Prize: One (1) 40% OFF Coupon.

  • Details: Valid for a single transaction up to a maximum cart value of $300.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

 

By entering this Contest, you acknowledge that your design submission is original. You grant Kobe Sportswear the right to use, modify, reproduce, and display your design and entry materials for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes without further compensation or notification.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

Kobe Sportswear is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for any technical malfunctions of the Instagram or TikTok platforms. It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure their account privacy settings allow public viewing of their entry (e.g., "Public" profile) so that likes can be counted.
